Frequently asked questions
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. Kubica runs the warehouse: where everything is and how much you have. Accounting and invoicing stay in QuickBooks, Xero or whatever you already use.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on your phone and computer, and you can install it as an app. Your phone's camera reads the barcodes.
What if the warehouse loses signal?
You still see what was last loaded, and anything you log offline uploads by itself when the connection comes back.
Who builds the 3D warehouse?
We do, during setup, using your measurements and your racks and shelves. After that you can change it yourself in the app.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Download a backup of your inventory and history as Excel files whenever you want.
Is the app in English?
The app screens are in Spanish today, which works well for Spanish-speaking teams. If your team needs English, write to us.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. We'll show it to you with a sample warehouse over a video call, and our first brands get their first month free.
